Hi, I’m Lianne — nice to meet you!

I’m a senior designer with a big soft spot for service design and 5+ years of experience working on customer-facing products in the financial industry. My work is driven by research and analysis, and fueled by compassion.

Asking the “why’s” is my strong suit and empathy has been at the core of how I carry myself. With a diverse background and decades’ worth of service experience, I aim to amplify the voices of everyone and anyone. I’m passionate about working through ambiguity and designing tools that empower seamless and efficient work for others.

When I’m not heads-down in Miro, you can find me immersed in a Brené Brown book, looking for hole-in-the-wall coffee shops, or attempting to teach my cat another trick.
